Professor Moss’s main research interests include projects on climate justice, the ethics of renewable energy as well as the ethical issues associated with climate transitions. He also has expertise in:
- bushfires and insurance risk: protecting the vulnerable
- duties of governments to protect citizens
- assigning responsibility for costs of harms caused by bushfires
- responsibility of non-government institutions to take action (financial sector, superannuation, NGOs etc.)
